It's another Thursday! I love this series that Elle's Studio has started. It really reminds you to take a look at your life and evaluate what is really important and to show gratitude for the things you are blessed with in your life.Today I am feeling especially thankful. Maybe it has to do with everything I've been through the past few weeks but I can't stop just saying thank you!
Today I am especially thankful for:
1. My health! I'm thankful that even though they found that it was cancer, I am completely cured and it did not spread! That's the biggest thing this week I am thankful to God for.
2. My amazingly wonderful husband who has stood by me so strong these past few weeks. The times I was weak, he stayed strong and whipped me back in shape to be the strong person I was created to be and walk in the peace of God through this journey.
3. My friends and family who have been so faithfully supporting us through this. From just sending love and prayers our way to the meals brought....they have been amazing and I'm so thankful for them in my life!
I may have repeated some things I already shared I was thankful for but I don't care! LOL. This is where I'm at TODAY and that's what this is all about.
I'd like to encourage you to take a few minutes today and evaluate your life and what you are truly grateful for! You'll be glad you did!

So glad things went well for you Sheri, I had been praying for you. My Mom was biopsied several years ago, it came back fine, they opened her up a few weeks later (routine appt) and it was cancer. It was quite a shock. But she fought it, and is better than ever, just like you!
ReplyDeleteReading your story really moved me, you are an amazing woman with such a great support system.
All my love,
Tiffany
