This crazy dog! He absolutely loves the fireplace. My picture for yesterday. Max by the fire. So close his paws are touching. He will even lay his face so close his nose is almost up touching. He loves it. If the fire is on, that's where you'll find him. His head gets so hot, it literally feels like he's going to catch on fire. Yes, he's spoiled but we love him!
So, we had a little surprise this weekend. This is what we woke up to. Just an ever so lightly dusting of snow. It's not much but it still is just so beautiful. Driving to church Sunday morning, everything looked so peaceful and still, with the untouched snow. A lot of it was gone by the time we came home. However, it's still so cold you can see places where it is still frozen. I don't think I'll ever get tired of this sight.

ReplyDeleteIt really is spectacular! I think I would love waking up to a view like that. But about the dog.. that is quite an expression on his face. He almost looks exasperated with you. It really was a perfect moment that enabled you to catch something more than a "dog" look on Max's face. Is he going to let you bother him while enjoying the fire in the future? I think he is running out of patience with you! LOL
