So I have never claimed to be Betty Crocker or even Sandra Lee in the kitchen, but once in a while, a bug does hit me and I get in the mood. That happened yesterday! I made these S'more Cups for my son-in-law, who absolutely loves anything I make for him, which is why I like to cook for him! He appreciates it no matter what it is! I recently attended a friends Pampered Chef party so I was on their website looking at some products they have when I stumbled upon this recipe. I thought it looked good so I decided to give it a try. Here's the result:
Now I did tweak it just a bit because I just used what I had on hand. I didn't have bars of chocolate so I used some belgian chocolate that I had. Instead of putting the square of chocolate in the cup, I just melted the belgian chocolate and spooned it into the cup. I didn't have the jumbo marshmallows, so I just used a few minis on top. Instead of dipping the cups in the chocolate afterwards, I just drizzled.I also wanted to incorporate some peanut butter because my SIL loves peanut butter! I stirred a spoonful of peanut butter in the melted chocolate and let in melt into the chocolate before pouring it into the cups.
As it turned out, everyone loved them! Even though they are small, they are rich so probably only one or two will do you in!

Sis, these look even better than the original in my opinion. They are prettier. I am making these as soon as we have eaten our last dessert. The kids will love them.
