So here's a couple of cards that I've created lately. Now, be nice.....like I said, I'm new at making cards!
Here's one I created for The Twinery Anniversary Blog Hop.
I used those great Pink Paislee Soiree papers along with The Twinery bakers twine.
This is one I created for a card challenge at For The Luv of Art.
During the Cardapalooza challenges, the cards were left without sentiments so that you
could pull one when you need it and add the sentiment that fits your need for the card.

The challenge was to use misting techniques on your card.
I used the Mister Huey's to mist the butterflies and to mist the tissue paper I used on the ruffle and flower.
This is another challenge at For The Luv of Art Cardapalooza.
The challenge here was to use bakers twine on your card.
I used The Twinery bakers twine to wrap the circle of the stamped image and to add the bow at the bottom of the card.
Again, no sentiment so that you can add it to fit what you need when you need it!

So, there you go, I really am a card maker...maybe not a pro yet but on my way!
Off to spend the day with hubby! Have a great Wednesday!

You would never know that you don't "do" cards. These are gorgeous like in a magazine. I feel your pain of cards too.
