This week's challenge!

This week's challenge is posted again at ScrapTiffany. The challenge is to use fabric on a layout. Well, here's my layout....two of my cuties celebration "Crazy Hat Day" at their school. Aren't they the cutest?

I used two rows of fabric on the bottom of the layout. I'm not big on sewing, although I love the look, I can't seem to master threading the stupid thing! So I just used some Beacon 3-in-1 tack glue (most amazing stuff evahhh!) and gathered it along the bottom. And yes, that is Shimmerz you see at the top of the page. I cut my own wave from cardstock and used it to mask off the part I didn't want sprayed. I then misted the Shimmerz at the top in Chickadee and Sapphire. I love the effect it gave it.

I also used fabric behind my flower to give it more punch and definition. I used fabric behind my photo as well as a strip scrunched above it.

So go on over to ScrapTiffany and check out the other designers layouts. And you can get in on the fun! Create your layout using fabric, then send it to Tiffany and you could win the chance to be the guest designer for November! Come on....give it a try!
