Happy As Clams

As many of you know, recently Bo Bunny held auditions for their Design Team. I didn't say anything about it here before, but I did submit my work to them. Even though I didn't make it (after learning they had only a FEW HUNDRED submissions), the experience was well worth it and I so enjoyed creating the projects.

This was my layout that I submitted. I used the Bo Bunny Mango Luau collection. The layout consists of layers of hand cut paper and flowers. I love the color combination of this collection.

I also used Bo Bunny's Chunky Charms Collection which is the brown chipboard circle and arrows along with with the Mango Luau Cut-outs and sticker sheets, and the Buttons and Bling Collection, which I absolutely loved! I didn't have any thread the color I needed to fill the holes in the buttons, so I just used thin strips of paper which worked great!

The photos used are of my daughter and future son-in-law (no, I'm not really that old...would you believe I was 10 when I had her? No, I didn't think so! JK) So, even though I wasn't selected for their design team, it doesn't matter because my kids loved the layout and I am very happy with it and really, that's all that matters....that's why I started doing this hobby to begin with! Anything above that is just icing on the cake! (Cake? Did someone say cake???) Sorry...detour!
