This week's challenge is posted at Scrap Tiffany! I love this one too. The challenge is simple....create using black and white photos! Yeah! I love using black and white photos. To me, there are some some pictures that scream black and white! I love how using a black and white photo cuts out the distracting colors and backgrounds to just focus on the person in the photo.

I have so many beautiful photos of my new niece, Adoration, that I haven't yet scrapbooked! I have been taking advantage of the gorgeous Girls Paperie line.... I am in love with that whole line. I haven't found anything I haven't liked! Can't wait to see what Margie's releasing at CHA!
I added a little swag using a string of pearls and pink organza fabric. Love the look of the pearls with the sweet papers and the softness of the organza.Lately it seems my scrapbooking elements have come from items from the fabric store instead of scrapbooking elements! There are lots of great trims, fabrics and other notions in the fabric section of your stores. Take a peek next time you're there!

this is one of those layouts that just makes me go "ahhhh." not only is the photo just amazingly sweet, but the wonderful touches in your layout are exquisite.

ReplyDeleteI love this page. That was a photo that was very important for me to get with our Addi. She fought us a bit but we finally got it. The selections of papers and embellishments are the perfect combo.
